Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of booked service for cancellation of appointment, no shows will result in 100% fee of booked service. It is to be understood that rescheduling the appointment will be to the soonest availability, this could be 2-6 weeks past original appointment.
Card on file is required for booking, new guests will be required to put down a $50 deposit that will be credited towards your appointment. Deposit is NONREFUNDABLE.
Please inform me if your running behind, more than 15 minutes or more your appointment may be cancelled or adjusted to the allotted time left.
I do not offer REFUNDS. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please reach out within 72 hours of the appointment and I will gladly make any changes needed within the range of the original appointment. These services are free of charge however do not include a full styling service. Any adjustments needing to be made after 72 hours will be priced accordingly.
